Yo,Yo,Yo….I hope all is well with you, and if it’s not, reach out to us at 2deep4daintro@gmail.com. You don’t have deal with shit alone fam…I’ve been there, trust me, let’s get to it!
This topic dawned on me when I came home from B.Wayne’s birthday party and after I came home from the gun range on Sunday. No matter how much success you accrue, no matter how much fun you have, no matter how many women you sleep with, no matter how much you accomplish… you still have to go home. And I don’t mean your literal home, I mean your home as in your mind. After your friends go home, your girl goes to sleep, and all of the lights go out, your thoughts and your mental state is all your left with. That is your home, 24/7-365. What does your home look like? Let’s look at it. When you catch yourself in the mirror, or when you’re walking to the kitchen to make something to eat, when you’re coming out the shower….what are the things you are telling yourself. What are the things you tell yourself when you first get out of bed, or when you don’t feel like doing something, or an old memory triggers you to do something you know isn’t good for you? What does your inner monologue sound like? Is it for you…or against you? Many people have made their home a terrible place to live. We say things to ourselves and allow people to infiltrate our thoughts as if someone is going to come rescue us and redecorate our mind. Fam…let me tell you right now…NO ONE IS COMING!
I hope that sounded scary and if it did it’s because it’s true. Even if you get a therapist, they only help treat you, they do not cure you. Even after the treatment…you have to go home. You can chase thrill after thrill after thrill and at the end of each thrill…you have to go home. So…with that said, how about we start making the place we live 24/7 (our mind) somewhere nice to stay. Let’s begin with “I AM.” We say things like “I’m not this”, “I can’t that”, “I’ll never”, “I’m bad at”…this is horrible language. Let’s do this for starters… I AM on a high frequency, I AM greater than my environment, I AM healthy, I AM successful, I AM blessed, I AM destined for excellence. Today was a good day and I finished it better than I started…and if it wasn’t a good day…I did my best and tomorrow will be an opportunity to be better. This is just to get started, I have multiple “I AM” statements on index cards that I use daily. We are too cruel to ourselves, and I don’t know if you noticed but no one comes and stops you from destroying yourself, why? Because everybody has their own shit to deal with. So, we might as well be our own biggest supporter. I mean really, support yourself, you can do it, you HAVE to do it, take pride in doing it, because no one is going to do it for you. If your car breaks down, and you sit there, crying and complaining and waiting for help…maybe one person will come…but if you decide to start pushing that broken down car by yourself…you’ll see…many will come to help you.
When I was going through my divorce I had to rebuild myself on the ashes of what I used to know. No one cared about my mental state. I had to get myself together and focus on my purpose. But more important than all of that, I had to remodel my home. You don’t have to STAY in a shitty house. You can make it into something beautiful and you do so by putting up new truths on your wall. WHATEVER you tell yourself is the TRUTH. You want to be a pilot.. say, I AM A PILOT. You want to be a beast in the bedroom… say, I AM A BEAST IN THE BEDROOM. I don’t care if you don’t believe it, keep saying it and you will subconsciously begin taking the actions to make it true, annnnnd, things will begin to appear to you confirming your truth because you will be operating on a higher frequency, just trust me on this fam.
Now…go conquer the earth, put a dent in the universe, and be a beast in the bedroom, but just remember….you still have to go home. Be GREAT outchea!
