Walt Factual here. I ain’t come to mess around today, let’s get right to it. And, Annnnd….if you are someone who glanced at this and said “this is too long” get your ass up outta here, you ain’t tryna to be Self-Made no ways. Sorry, I had to get politically incorrect real quick. Let’s go! What are the 5 P’s? The 5 P’s are the foundation for every Self-Made-Man. As you may or may not know, men must build their value while women are born with their value…hence the term “Self-Made-Man.” While you are building your value, the 5 P’s will be your NorthStar to greatness.
P #1…PRODUCE. This is why I went into detail about purpose, if you do not know how to find your purpose, why on earth are you reading this blog...go back to the blog that says “How do you find your purpose?” If you have read that one…please proceed. Being able to produce stems from knowing your purpose. My purpose, as of this current moment, is to aid and guide men, therefore I PRODUCE content that aides and guides men, whether it be on the podcast or through these blogs or through other avenues I produce in the future. A Self-Made-Man must produce and what you produce must align with your purpose or…dear sir, what’s the damn point?? Produce means to “cause to happen or come into existence,” or simply put, to take nothing…and make it into something. So ask yourself… “What did I produce today?”
P #2…PROTECT. As the mighty Wu-Tang Clan once said, “protect ya neck!” A Self-Made-Man must learn and know how to protect his woman (from both physical and psychological harm),his children, his friends, his reputation, himself, his empire, his seed, his money, and his purpose…. with his life. Protection consists of learning physical combat, weaponry, mental combat, and spiritual combat. You must PROTECT your mind, body, and soul and this is only accomplished by exercising each one regularly through gyms, books (can be physical and/or audio), YouTube videos, and daily meditation. Luke 10:19, “I have given you AUTHORITY to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” So, with that said…. Rumble young man Rumble!
P #3… PERSONAL POWER. There are two types of confidences. The first one is the type children have, it comes from naivete, from just not knowing any better. It can also come from what the world tells you. When I first started rapping, people from all over my town began telling me how good I was. I believed the hype so much that I thought I could do my first rap performance with no rehearsal whatsoever…as soon as I got on stage and started rapping, I forgot my words and got booed off stage. I was devastated. The thing about this kind of confidence is, when the bubble pops, the crash is brutal. This is temporary confidence; I like to call it… “leaf confidence” because all it takes is a little bit of wind to blow it away, fuck this. The second confidence, comes from simply just knowing for yourself. You know you can beat that dudes ass because you’ve had a shit load of fights already. You know you can blow her back out because you’ve blown out multiple backs this month alone, lol. I know I can give you this information because I’ve utilized it in it in my own life and seen the fruits of it. This is true confidence…self (personal) confidence…“Mountain Confidence.” Aint no wind moving no mountain! Knowing gives you Personal Power and Personal Power gives you the strength and courage to be a leader. Personal Power gives you the confidence to say “I Belong Here!” The only way to build personal power…the only way to have confidence in which you do know…is to chase that which you do not…the unknown.
P #4… PROVIDE. This simply means to supply or to make adequate preparation for. A Self-Made-Man PROVIDES for his woman, his children, and himself. First and foremost, you must be able to PROVIDE for yourself, you must be able to carry your own weight with no struggle. Fuck that “I want a partner” shit! You and you alone must provide. Your woman is a helpmate, someone there to assist you when you have too much on your plate or maybe down on your luck. You build the nest, she takes care of the nest. For example, if you own a store, then your woman is the person who manages it. It is up to you to make sure you PROVIDE what she needs to run the store efficiently. This is the path of Self-Made-Men. This is your burden alone to carry. You work and grind and sweat so that you can PROVIDE a great life for your loved ones and yourself. You must grind and hustle until your dying day. There is no retiring. The Spartan king Leonidas was 60 years old when he led 300 Spartans into the Battle of Thermopylae (the movie “300”). With his life, he PROVIDED for his kingdom the time they needed to gather more soldiers against the vast Persian army. Your woman is your kingdom, your children is your kingdom, your purpose is your kingdom…PROVIDE…For Sparta!
P #5… PRESSED.. NEVER! What does it mean to be pressed you ask? To always be concerned about women, not being able to function because of women, to constantly think about women, to constantly need women, to constantly want women. Anywhere you go, you worry if women will be there. You won’t go there if women are not there. You can’t even enjoy yourself because you are watching who’s getting the women. This my friend, is being Pressed. You got her number, you called her.. 3 times, she didn’t pick up, now…you Pressed. She gave you some sex…next day.. you text her, she read your text, but never responded, now… you pressed. She broke up with you… for a better guy, now…you pressed. Listen, or read carefully. If it goes…let it, if it comes… let it, why…because you have your purpose to worry about, because you are out here becoming the best version of yourself, because a woman must love you more than you love them and if it’s the other way around say goodbye to the Self-Made-Man you were destined to become. Self-Made-Men are never Pressed. By all means, enjoy a woman, entertain a woman, welcome a woman, don’t mind having a woman, hell…have 1,2,3,4 women, but absolutely DO NOT… WANT a woman, absolutely DO NOT… NEED a woman! Stop wanting and needing! No woman gets wet for a needy man! Also, understand that any woman you have cannot be caged in, your time with them may be for a short time or for a long time, but if it’s for a short time, then please let them run free. Have you ever seen a pussy cat on a leash?!…. Exactly! When you catch yourself saying you WANT something from her or you NEED something from her…remind yourself that you are Self-Reliant, Self-Aware, Self-Confident, and Self- Made. Want and Need your purpose! When the right manager comes along…you will know. Until then, onward and upward, because Self-Made-Men are Pressed….NEVER, and that’s that, holla!
